Delivery Information

We dispatch from our warehouse. Most orders leave within 24 hours.

Delivery times

• Major urban areas: 2–4 working days
• Other regions: 3–6 working days
• Remote areas and other countries in the region: 5–8 working days

Delivery charges

A flat delivery charge of £10 applies. Delivery is free on orders over £50.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Damage in transit

If your panel arrives damaged, email photographs to support@lamelux.com within 48 hours. We will send a free replacement straight away.
