Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love your panels. If you do not, you may return them within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Panels must be unused, uncut and in their original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return delivery costs, except for faulty products.
• Bespoke Professional packages cannot be returned.

Start a return

Email your order number to returns@lamelux.com. You will receive a returns label and full instructions within one working day.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
